Penn’s Ultimate Professions Guide is a profession leveling guide. Its purpose is to help you level up any profession (except the rogue-specific lockpicking skill) from 1 to 450. The guide is updated for 375-450, i.e. for Wrath of the Lich King.
Penn’s Ultimate Professions Guide presents its users with all of the places where trainers of gamers are located withiin the game. The guide also presents leveling details, including the order in which the recipes should be made. In addition, it also involves a detailed materials list for each of the recipes, along with the farming maps of the material. Users of the guide also have access to a detailed farming list for every section. Furthermore, material farming maps available with the guide present its users with the information on where to go to get the required material in order to level any profession.
Penn’s Professions Guide Includes
All Professions are covered, from 1-450
An overviews of the profession
what I recommend you take as companion professions
Best ways of making money with the profession
Information on specializing to help you decide and detailed info on how and where to do it
Where all of your trainers are located (for both Alliance and Horde)
Each Profession also has detailed leveling info which includes the following:
The recipes in the order you should make them
A complete materials list for each recipe with a clickable link to show you farming maps for the material
A complete “Farming List” for each section, so if you were leveling Journeyman (1-75) I will show you all th materials you will need to go from 1-75
Material farming maps! These maps will show you where you need to go to get what you need to level your profession.
The guide is decent, but it could’ve been better. Honestly, looking some things up on database sites like wowhead.com isn’t that big of a deal, and if you have some experience you’ll be able to tell which materials to purchase and which ones to farm. Still, I feel it could use some polishing.
